The smallest percentage of sodium is occupied from breakfast and snacks by residents in the USA, and they are both existed at 14%. Moreover, the lunch has more proportion of those nutrients than sodium, at around 29%. The largest proportion of sodium shown is in dinner, at about 43%.
On the second chart presents the highest amount of saturated fat is occupied in dinner, and it is lower than the proportion of sodiums’. Whereas, the amount of saturated fat is existed from nutritions of snacks and breakfast, which are more nutritions than proportion of sodiums’.
On the third chart shown that the highest percentage of added sugar is occupied from snacks, and that is approximately 42%. Therefore, the percentage of added sugar is existed from snacks, breakfast, and lunch, which are less than the each percentage of saturated fats’.
