In the USA people eat plenty of sodium and saturated fat for dinner, it is 43% and 37% respectively. Also they take like a quarter (29% and 26% each) of sodium and fat for lunch. Whereas for snacks people consume 14% of sodium and 21% of saturated fat. Moreover, a large amount of sugar people consume from snacks is a hefty 42%. Beside this for dinner they eat approximately a quarter of sugar. Just like those people eat 19% of added sugar products in lunch. Also, it can be noticed that people eat the same amount of saturated fat as sugar (16%)
