The graph show average percentages of certain nutrients in typical meals consumed in the USA
Overall, the certain nutrients in typical meals in the USA have mainly three things which are sodium, saturated fats and added sugar which are different in each meal, for example breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks had different percentages of consumed certain nutrients .
As the graph shows, sodium was most consumed in dinner which owned the graph for 43%. And decreasing a little bit for Lunch which is 29% of the averages, for the least amount for 14% is breakfast and snacks. For saturated fats is it to say that dinner was owned the most percentage for 37% of the saturated fats graph and followed by Lunch at 26% snacks at 21 which is more than breakfast that owned for 16% of the graph. And last one added sugar the graph shows that snacks owned the most percentages of added sugar for 42%, dinner was owned for 23% followed by lunch which owned 19% and the least one for breakfast which is 16%.
