The pie chart depicts the average percentages in typical cuisines breakfast,lunch,dinner and snacks , which is considered from sodium, saturated fats and added sugars consumed in the USA.
Overall, it is apparent that the most consumed is sodium which is at dinner time at 43% and the least consumed also in sodium, that includes snacks and breakfast at almost 15%.
Focusing on the high consumed of each meal, at dinner time sodium is witnessed the highest percentage is sodium and the second place is lunch time which has sodium at approximately 30% and the least one belongs to both snacks and breakfast at 14%.Turning to saturated fat,the graph displayed that the most consumed is in dinner as well as sodium which is at 37% followed by lunch, snacks and breakfast at 26%,21% and 16% respectively.On the other hand, added sugar highest consumed is in snacks at 42% followed by dinner at 23%, lunch at 19% and the least is breakfast at approximately 16% referring to typical meals in the USA.
