The lowest point of sodium was consumed during the breakfast and snack time about 14%. This figure then slowly increased on lunch time to 29% and peaked at dinner time on 43%. For saturated fat category starting at 30% on breakfast, noted as the lowest among the others, this figure then went to 55% on lunch and hit its highest percentage on dinner at 80% while slowly decreased in snack time to 35%.
In contrast, the amount of added sugar has the highest percentage of nutrients consume. It started at 50% on breakfast time and rise significantly to 74% on lunch time and peaked to 103% during the dinner time. This figure then slowly decreased to 77% on lunchtime.
