Overall, the ongoing trend of the first graph is that the amount of assistance for career development to students started declining, and in contrast, it is rising for the amount of instruction based on interest. For the second graph, the comparison among employer support by age group is given. The trend seems to be decreasing in a curve in that it first decreases and then, after being at a minimum, goes on increasing.

For the first graph, the reason to study for career was maximum for the age group under 26 and minimum for the age group over 49. In contrast, the reason to study for interest was minimum under age 26 and rose to a peak over age 49.
