The charts illustrates the percentage of male and female students who worked part-time and full-timein four age groups.
Overall,part-time work was more common among 20-24 ages.Also female students had slighly higher percentage than male students in most age groups.
For male students 15-19,12% worked part-time and 8% worked full-time.Among 20-24-year-olds,the percentages of part-time workers were much higher 40%,while 12% worked full-time.In the 25-29 group,8% was part-time and 6% worked full-time.For students 30 and over,the percentage of part-time work was 8% and 10% worked full-time.
For female students,17% of those aged 15-19 worked part-time,compared with 7% who worked full-time.The highest percentage was in the 20-24 group,where 42% worked part-time and 13% had a job full-time.In the 25-29group,both figures were 8%.Finally,among women aged 30 and over,6% were in part-time employment,compared with 12% who had a full-time job.
