Overal, it is clear from the charts that Mandarin was the highest percentage taught both of the cities, whereas the lowest point was taught in Indonesian.
Looking at, in both Melbourne and Sydney, students showed their highestinterest in learning Mandarin and the percentages with 40% and 45% . However, Japanese was the second highest language opted by the students in both cities and comprised 25% in Melbourne and 30% in Sydney.
In Sydney, the least preferred languages to learn were Indonesian and Italian, which only 10% whereas, in Melbourne, the percentage of Italian and Indonesian language with 15% and 10% . Additionally , the other Language came in third position in Sydney and it was at 15%, while it was 10% in Melbourne.
