Overall, it is apparent from the provided charts that, there was an increase in the proportion of water use for service industry and household use, with service industry witnessing the most dramatic rise. While, another sectors experienced a downward trend.
According to the pie charts, service industry and household use accounted for 13% and 19% respectively of the total water use in 1997. Over the next ten years, these figures changed significantly. To be more specific, the data of service industry grew tremendously by 12 % from 13% to 25%. Also, there was a noticeable rise in the data of water used by household use.
Opposite changes can be seen the figures for building industry, manufacturing and food industry, which increased by 3%, 4% and 7% respectively. However, Food industry still dominated in the total use throughout the time surveyed.
