The pie charts illustrate the percentage of holidaymakers who use four different types of accomodation (staying with family, rented apartment, camping, and hotels) in two decades from 1988 to 2008.
Overall, the rate of people who choose to stay with family peaked but it tends to decrease throughout the periods. Additionally, that of people camping took the second place in the first year; however, the rate experienced a significant decrease and took the lowest point in the last year. Meanwhile hotels was the last chose from the beginning, it took the second place in the last year of the period.
In terms of the proportion of holidaymakers who use staying with family in 1988, it acounted for the first place at 52 percent, followed by camping, at 26 percent. In addition, that who rented apartment and hotels were 15% and 7%, respectively. In 1998, the rate of holidaymakers using staying with family was increase slightly, 2% higher than at first year. However, the proportion of people using camping witnessed a significant decrease, at 13%. In addition, both the rate of holidaymakers using rented apatment and hotels rose, with the respective numbers, at 22% and 11%.
As for the percentage of holidaymakers staying with family in 2008, it was 10% lower than that in 1998. Meanwhile people who used both rented apartment and camping remained unchanged, at 22% and 12%, respectivelt, that of hotels experiencd a significant increase,at 22% in the last period.
