Overall, it is clear that despite being the highest at the start of period, master-science staff were outrun by PH.D-science staff. Other qualification of staff members such as first degree-science and first degree-art were out favor, while the reaming two staff qualifications percentages showed almost the same proportions.
Look at the first pie chart in more detail, it can be seen that master-science members occupied the highest proportions of qualifications with 29%. Following far behind, master-art and first degree-science staff illustrated 21% and 20% respectively. From first degree-art members only 15% of them qualified, while PH.D-science were three percent lower. Lastly, PH.D-art staff were six times lower than the science members from the same degree.
In the year 2010, the qualifications of PH.D-science staff increased by 18, making it the highest among all others. Following some way behind it was master-science colleagues with the same numbers as the year 1990. Master and PH.D-art members qualifications grew by two and three percent respectively. First degree-science and art proportions dropped considerably, with the former being 11% and the latter with two percent.
