The pie graph compares the academic degree that the staff of an advertising company have earned over two separate years 1990 and 2010.
Overall, during the span of 20 years the employees who got Master degrees were still the biggest proportions of the company structure, yet the witnessed upward trend could be seen in the staff who got PHD degrees. By contrast, people who got a first degree was dropped, recorded by far the lowest figure.
Obviously over a period of 20 years, the workers that owned master degrees remained relatively stable, the figure for master of science degrees are the same, standing at 29% while the number of master of art degrees had a slight increase from 21% to 23%. Interestingly, the proportion of phd of science experienced a dramatic increase from 13% to 30%, whereas a little rise happened at the figure of Phd of art degree from 2% to 5%.
The proportions of who only got the first degrees have considerably changed. Both of these two figures of science and art met a significant downward trend, from 20% to 11% and 15% to 2% respectively.
