Overall, full-time students were significantly more satisfied with the IT support than part-time students, with the latter showing notably higher dissatisfaction. In contrast, both groups expressed high levels of satisfaction with the library’s opening hours.
Regarding IT support, full-time and part-time students showed notably different levels of satisfaction. While 55% of full-time students were very satisfied, only 20% of part-time students felt the same. Furthermore, those who were not satisfied at all accounted for only 13% of full-time students, compared to 45% of part-time students. Those who were quite happy are relatively similar, at 32% and 35% respectively.
In contrast to IT support, two groups showed similarly high levels of satisfaction with the library’s opening hours. Both full-time and part-time students were highly pleased with their opening hours, each comprising 67% and 72% respectively. Moreover, 32% of full-time students and 23% of were quite glad, while less than 5% were not thrilled at all.
