The supplied bar charts outline the percentage of water distribution in making various agricultural products as well as yearly earnings from those goods in the year 2004. As is observed, livestock consumed the majority of water, while most of the income came from fruit sales. Notably, rice and vegetables had the lowest figures in both categories.
Looking at the details, in 2004, more than one-third (36%) of the total water was utilized by livestock, followed by dairy and cotton with 19% and 15% respectively. There was a striking resemblance between the numbers for sugar and fruit in terms of water consumption, around 10%. At the bottommost point, water absorption for rice and vegetables was negligible, at 5% and 4% respectively.
Moving to income from these products, the top two products generating more than two-thirds of total income were fruit and dairy, presumably slightly under a half produced by fruit and a quarter by dairy. Interestingly, the figures for livestock, sugar, and vegetables ranged from 4% to 7%.
