Overall,Collected waste from bins showed a decrease over the years with same percentage each 10 years while the taken waste to recycling stations remained stable for decades,the percentage of recycled waste kept climbing throughout the period.

The process of recycling got more effecient during the period it started with 7% of outcome returned to suppliers and it increased steadily to 8% in 2000. the amount taken to recycling hubs increased from 12% in 1980 to 18% in 1990 and 2000 respectively. Collected waste from homes fell gradually at a consistant rate from 78% in 1980 to 72% in 2000.
