The pie charts illustrate the proportion of satisfied students in different facilities at a university in the UK in 2007.
Overall, undergraduates showed the highest satisfaction with school facilities, while the university cafeteria received the most positive feedback from postgraduates. Additionally, the satisfaction levels for school rooms of both groups were almost identical.
Regarding school rooms, the percentages of satisfied students were relatively the same for both groups, with 62% for undergraduates and 63% for postgraduates, whereas a quarter of each type showed dissatisfaction. Looking at the school cafeteria, a significant gap was evident in the satisfaction rates, where more than half of the undergraduates expressed satisfaction, followed by the postgraduates’ 73%. Meanwhile, the percentage of dissatisfied undergraduates was 26%, which was roughly double that of their older counterparts.
Turning to the school facilities, a clear difference was observed in the figures for both categories. Satisfaction with school facilities was substantially higher among the undergraduates, at 85%, while a negligible 1% showed dissatisfaction. By contrast, the rates for satisfied postgraduates and their unsatisfied counterparts were less distinct, accounting for 43% and 25%, respectively.
