The plans show the current layout of the office and future changes. Overall, while one part of greenery is expected to disappear to make a way for new facilities, the other one will accommodate new outdoor seating area. Moreover, the entrance to the office, with the reception in front of it, will be relocated in the future.
At present, the main entrance to the office is from the southern-east part, with one green area to the right and the other one is located on the far west part of the entrance. There is a reception right after the entrance, to the left of which are 4 separate office rooms. To the north of the office rooms, there are kitchen, canteen, stock room and WCs.
The most significant change will be the disappearance of eastern green space and the introduction of new facilities – coffee area and meeting area – to replace it. The other green area, on the other hand, will remain in its place but a new outdoor seating area will be constructed on it. Another major alteration is the relocation of the entrance with reception. These two facilities will be relocated to between two offices on the southern part. While stock room is anticipated to stay unchanged, other two room adjacent to it – kitchen and canteen – will be replaced by 2 extra office rooms.
