The given two pie charts illustrate how many journeys were made in 1975 and 2000. The modes of journeys included in car, train, bicycle and other transport journeys. .

Overall, car journeys experienced the greatest rise by 25 year, whereas train journey, bicycle journey, other journey dropped significantly in that time. Between the years 1975 and 2000, proportion of journeys increased and decreased at the same time.

In 1975, the proportion of journeys by according to car, train and bicycle was nearer to each other compared to the other journeys, which had just over 5%. And , the others transport journeys experienced around 30%. This time train journeys accounted for about 40% for all trips, by making the most number of transport journeys.
