The given data displays the consumption of regular ice cream from the year 1995 to 2000 in the Us market. In this figure it is visible that over the year the consumption of ice cream smoothly increased till year 1999. However after that the consumption dropped a little bit and end up in around 945 million gallons.
Overall, the column graph illustrates that 1999 has the most significant consumption of ice cream. In contrast, 1995 has the least amount of consumption. In amount, year 1995 individuals consumed around 860 million gallons and in 1999 it breaks all the record by reaching 960 million gallons.
On the other hand, in year 1996 it has small jump in increase which is 20 million extra than the previous year. Though from 19196 to 1997 the consumption boomed a lot which is from 880- 920 million gallons. Later on in 1998 it shows a little jump of rise. Despite all of the increasing consumption year 2000 leads to a drop and end up at 942 million growth.
