Dear sir,

I would like to say thank you for invited me to attend a reunion party with new students.I am writing this letter to infrom you that due my examination i cannot become a part of your event.I’m very sorry about to miss this opportunity because my final medical exams begins on coming week which is very difficult course so I’m completing engaging myself in managing time for my studies.My last exam will be held on 21st august after that i am free so you can decide the sechudle which suites you and i will also deliver the speech to new students on education system in foreign countries also i can get this great opportunity to meet with new fellow students to whom i will denfinietly share my insights.

I hope that you can understand my excuse of not attending the event and accept my apology.
