The initial steps of the process are focused mainly on the atmosphere. Initially, it requires the introduction of fresh air. For this, fresh air is sent through an opening in the lid in order to create a fire. Following this, the logs are burnt while the lid is closed.
The next stage of the process continues when the fire is channeled by means of a pipe. In the preparation stage, raw meats are packaged in a box on ground level. In the final step, meats are cooked through smoke which comes from the pipe.
