Overall, the home smokery undergoes three processes, beginning with the intake of fresh air and ending with smoked meals.
Looking at the illustration in more detail, it is clear that fresh air enters through the semi-opened lid to the underground. Afterwards, unlike the first lid, the second lid is closed because of to keep the fire burning. The logs provide enough material to burn the fire. The fresh air hits the smoke to enter another tunnel. The closed lid interrupts the smoke of the fire to go away. With the help of the pipe, smoke from the fire transfers to the other tunnel. In this stage, on the ground level, there is a huge box for hanging the meat that helps it bake. Eventually, the products are ready to sell or utilize, so called a home smokery.
