Overall, process consists of 3 steps, which starts with opening the lid and letting air pass through and culminates with smoked foods ready for given human consumption.

The diagram starts with when air which makes sure that the fire doesn’t go out enters ground level after opening the lid. This is followed by burning logs to get smoke with closing the lid on the top of it. After getting smoke it passes through the pipe.

Then smoke passed though the bricks for getting desired smoke for using. Ready smoke is used on different foods such as fish and meat, inside a box container.
