The images show the process through which olive oil is produced. Overall, there are three main stages in this process: starting with the collection of olive, following by processing, and culminating with the distribution of olive oil. Notably, the process is a complex one, as it takes too long to complete.
The process commences when olive is picked from an olive tree by a farmer manually. After that, the gathered olives are rinsed with cold water to remove any unwanted dirt and impurities.
Once washed carefully, these olives are smashed using a roller-like device, which forms olive stones. Next, olive paste is placed in bags that have holes and then these bags are pressed using a machine.
The third stage involves the distribution and storage of olive oil. The olive is initially separated from water with the help of a device called centrifuge. Finally, the divided oil is placed in glass containers and then they are stored and ready for sailing.
