The line graph illustrates the transport service provider companies FedEx and TNT delivered number of parcels from 1920 to 2000.
At a glance, the TNT company’s delivered items continuously increased with small notable numbers for the first six decades, but after that, it had a surge in growth in delivered items until the end of the report. Moreover, FedEx’s distributed parcel number touched the highest point in the first 25 years, after which it faced a downfall for some years, and then it remained steady for a few years. At the halfway point of the reported years, it started to grow in the field of providing services.
On the one hand, Federal Express and TNT delivered a number of things around 15,000 and 5,000, respectively, but the result was totally different. Moreover, from 1930 to 1950 was a tough time period for Federal Express because it was the period when they lost many customers, and it affected them with 10,000 fewer item deliveries.
On the other hand, the TNT company’s number of delivered parcels slightly decreased between 1960 and 1970, but then it increased with a large difference and reached its highest point of around 23,000 parcels in the year 2000. Coincidentally, both companies’ sales for parcel services crossed each other at an approximate point of 17,000 between 1980 and 1990.
