Life stages of glass and plastic with recycling
Overall, this diagram illustrates the way of recycling new plastic and glass bottles from waste to reshaping and finally new product.
At first, used bottles of plastic are collected every 3-8 weeks, after 5-10 days it is sent to recycling centre and raw materials are sorted by thickness and quality. After that, plastic are breaked to square cubes and shredding into tiny pieces. The next phase is that plastic is washed and passed through drying and reshaping machine. At the end the waste of used plastic became absolutely fresh container.
The second reshaped material is glass. It is also gathered in the period of 5-10 days and sent to the manufacturing centre, where glass products are separated by color. The next stage is crushing by special device and washing. Following the process, glass are at first melted and then reshaped because of material’s feature. After the lifecycle is new product.
