The diagram illustrates the process of recycling loop for glass and plastic containers by completing several stages.
Overall, it is linear process comprising twelve main stages. It began by collecting glass and plastic containers and end with producing a new product. However, it also includes washing, melting, and reshaping.
At the beginning of the process plastic and glass are collected in the garbage within 5-10 days wastes are transported by garbage track into recycle center, following these glasses are separated by its color and shapes, while plastics are separating according to thickness and quality. Next, glasses are crushed by machine, whereas after the bounding plastics are shredded into a small pieces.
In the upcoming stage, both the pieces of glass and plastic are washed to remove waste. In the next stage glasses are melted into a liquid through a heated machine after that the liquid goes onto another machine and reshape them to produce new product. In contrast, in single machine plastics are melted and give them new shape and produce new item. Finally both plastic and glass are ready to reuse.
