The diagram illustrates on the process involved in the production of recycled paper.
Overall, there will be total of 4 stages involved, starting from the collection of used papers and rolling into recycled papers at the end.
First of all, used papers were collected and transported via conveyor belts to water-chemical tank where process of making pulp takes place. Then second stage involves the removal of unfiltered pulp from previous process by passing through the oval shaped filter mesh.
In the next stage, filtered pulps were collected in a small tank and then it will be dissolved with water and soap solvent as part of cleaning procedure. In this step, air will be passed through a small valve to the soap water tank where the inks present in paper will be worn out. After that, it will be passed through the water and chemical tank as part of secondary level of cleaning. And the last stage involves the production of paper, by passing cleaned pulp from before process to a conveyor belt which had a heated roller where it will get converted as flat roll of papers as a final product.
