The diagram describes how cans of vegetable oil are manufactured.
overall, the production of canned vegetable oil requires rigorous processes, starting from the sorting of vegetables, down to cooking and heating under ultra-high temperature. Every step involved in the production, has its significance in the final vegetable soup we find in markets and supermarkets.
The process starts with sorting and preparing of the vegetables by workers, under perfect and clean working conditions. Then the selected vegetables are conveyed into a cooking tank and cooked with salt and pepper under very high temperature and afterwards the already cooked soup is tranferred for rapid coooling within a stipulated period of time.
The next phase involves the sterilisation of the cans under steam temperature, then the sterilised cans are moved forward for filling and they’re filled with the already cooled vegetable soup. Afterwards, the containers are sealed mechanically and conveyed for thorough washing.
finally, each can of vegetable soup is labelled and ready for sampling.
