The diagram illustrate the step-by-step process of producing wooden furniture. Overall, the process is divided into two stages, preparation and production.
In preparation stage, a tree is cut down into a log, then it undergoes the process of trimming, then the log will be chopped down into much smaller wood chips, after that the chips will be dried down for 24 hours to remove excess water as this process will leave a steam and hot air byproduct, after finishing the drying stage, the wood chips will be stored for one to four weeks.
In Production stage, the stored wood chips will be mixed with glue and wax, and then the mixture is poured into a mould where it will take shape, after that is done the mould will be pressed with a machine resulting to a usable clipboard, and finally the finished clipboard will be assembled into a furniture as a finished product.
