The pictures elucidate the process of making chipboard from wood, and the way how furniture is invented in two main stages as preparation and production.
There are 9 steps in the diagram, from cutting the trees to making a product such as tables and chairs.
The first step is that trees are cut and brought from forests, and then trimmed to logs, in order to make it easier to grind them. Following this, wood chips are separated by the specialized cutting device. Once grinded wood has been made, they are put to a machine providing hot air, emitting steam for 24 hours. After being dried, the wood parts are stored for 1-4 weeks in an opened container.
The next step begins with mixing chips in a combiner, adding wax and glue, to fix it together. Having been bonded, the mixture is shaped in a mould, and then pressed in a machine. Subsequently, chipboard is produced and various furniture can be made from that.
