The process gives information about the prodcution of carbonated drinks. Overall, the process of making carbonated drinks is fully automated and involves four main stages: the initial preparation of raw water, carbonation of the product, its further processing, followed by packaging and distribution. It is also evident that various ingredients and materials are used throughout the process, such as chemicals, carbon dioxide, coloring, syrup, flavoring, bottles and cans.
Initially, raw water passes through a filter, before being softened in a special machinery and treated using different chemicals. The water is later pumped, after which it directly reaches electric heaters. Once heated, the water goes through a cooling pipe to ensure right temperature, after which it is then carbonated using carbon dioxide.
The next stage of the process begins when carboned water is mixed with syrup, coloring, and flavoring in order to enrich the final product’s taste and appearance. Once the carbonated water has been mixed with different supplements, it then goes through another filter once again. Finally, the carbonated drinks are filled to bottles and cans, before being packaged and transported to local supermarkets.
