The diagram indicates the entire process involved in order to produce bricks for the construction industry.
Overall, there are a total of 7 steps beginning with the excavation of clay, and finishing with a final delivery.
First, heavy machinery is used in order to excavate clay from the soil. Next the soil is placed onto a metal grid, which filters out the clay onto a roller. Eventually, sand and water is added to the mixture, and bricks can be made by either using a mould or a wire cutter. The freshly produced bricks are then placed into a drying oven, where they will remain for a period of 1-2 days.
After this, the bricks are then placed into a series of kilns, the first one consisting of temperatures ranging from 200 to 980 degrees celsius, and the second kiln with higher temperatures ranging from 870 to 1300 degrees celsius. The heated bricks are then transported to a cooling chamber for 2-3 days. Finally the bricks are ready to be packaged and sent out for final delivery.
