The given diagram illustrates the process of producing chipboard, made from wood to create furniture. In general, there are 10 steps to make chipboard, these nine steps are divided into 2 main steps, called preparation and production.

Firstly, workers cut trees to have the most crucial material to make chipboard. Secondly, these chosen trees are trimmed so there are just timbers left. After that, timbers are undergone the process with a machine to making wood chips. Then, the wood chips will dried by steaming for 24 hours, the hot air will be released while the process is working. The last step of preparation stage is storing the dried wood chips for 1 to 4 weeks.

There are 5 steps left to produce furniture, made from chipboard. Starting with mixing the stored wood chips with glue and wax. After mixing these components together, pour the compound into a mould to shape it. Then, they are pressed into shape by a electronic machine so that the chipboard will be made. Lastly, chipboard will be used to produce furniture.
