The diagram depicts how ethanol oil is manufactured from raw corn.
Overall, there are nine different stages including in the process, starting with corn harvest and ending with the outcome which is ethanol fuel delivery for sales.
At the outset, the production begins by cropping corn and storing it in a suitable place for later use. This corn is milled into powder which is combined with water. After that, the mixture from this addition is cooked for 4 hours before being fermented lasting for 48 hours.
The result of this fermentation process, after 2 days, is the division of solid by-product and liquid. The ethanol liquid is separated from the solid form and then put into purification for 5 hours. In the last stage, it will be stored for a period of time and transferred to supermarkets where the the products are ready to be sold to consumers.
