The diagram outlines a detailed nine-step process that shows how fabric is manufacture from bamboo.
Overall, the procedure begins with the plantation of bamboo plants. After that tress harvested and cut into strips. These crush strips are use to make liquid pulp and this pulp is then filter to get long fibers. Amine oxide is added to make fibers soften. After this step in the next they spin the fiber to make rolls. In next step is weave the rolls and make fabric. In the last step this fabric is used to make shirts and socks.
First of all, the process of bamboo fabric is start with the plantation of bamboo trees in spring season. When these trees grows farmer harvest them in autumn season. In the next phase they cuts into the strips and these strips are further crush into the small pieces then they convert these small pieces into the liquid pulp.
Furthermore, in next step they filter pulp add water and amine oxide to create fibers. After this step we spin it to create rolls and then these rolls are used to create weave. In the last step we convert this weave into shirts and socks.
