The diagram illustrates the whole process of manufacturing instant noodles.
Firstly, a large truck that carries flour fills the storage silos with the necessary product. The quality of flour largely affects the final result. The filled silos are then dumped into a mixer, which mixes up the flour and a mixture of water and oil, which later on is laid upon dough sheets, carried by rollers. The first ingredient that had gotten care of for a pack on instant noodles is unsurprisingly the noodles themselves. The tender dough is later on divided into thin strips, which then are formed into noodle discs, which is a beneficial shape for this type of fast food. To make sure the pack of instant noodles are ready for export, they’re thoroughly cooked with oil and dried afterwards to avoid spoiling. Then, the discs are moved into our familiar plastic cups along with minor vegetables and spices, necessary to make the meal taste somewhat resembling to the traditional dish. The final step in this difficult process is quite easy, it is just labelling and tightly sealing the results!
Overall, the current diagram allows many people to understand just how a cheap thing we see on shop counters are made. For a dish so simple and cheap, the whole process of making it is quite tiring, yet worth all the effort.
