Initally, the farm delivers animal skins to the fabric. Then, a technician start to sort them by their size into small and large parts. Following that, a material producer starts trim the skin along precise countours, and adding salt on it. It is succeeded by curing the salted skin for 30 days, and seaking by water for 12-24 hours.
The next stage is removing hair of processed material. After that, the pickling process will be starting off by adding salt and special acid on it. Then, the processed leather will be tanned by chemicals in 48 hours. Finally, it can be coloured by favorable tone and softened. Consequently, it will be dried by special machine for manufacturing leather, following, a fabric master will wax it and the leather good is ready.
