The given diagram depicts the process by which domestic and industrial electricity are produced from a particular type of coal. Overall, the process consists of 8 steps, starting with mining for coals and culminating by distributing electricity to its destinations.
Firstly, a type of coal is obtained from mining process, which then transferred into a crusher to make them into smaller pieces. Next, crushed coals are delivered by a truck to gasifier unit, where heat is constantly provided to coals to produce gas. Later, gas product go through a cooling procedure, in a facility, and emits waste heat as by products.
Having been cooled, gas is transferred to a cleaning unit in order to purify before it is sent to gas power plant, where it converted into electricity for use. Similar to the cooling step, waste heat is also discharged during the production. Once the electricity is ready, it is delivered to its destinations, such as housings or factories.
