The image shows a diagram titled 'Coal Production Process' where coal and oxygen are fed into a furnace, which outputs raw syngas and slag. The raw syngas proceeds to a removal stage, which separates CO2, mercury, and sulphur, and sends purified syngas to a gas turbine. The gas turbine is connected to a generator. From the gas turbine, hot exhaust gases flow to a heat recovery steam generator. This generator produces steam, which powers a steam turbine connected to a second generator. It also releases flue gases. Both generators produce electricity, which is distributed via a pylon. A separate arrow indicates steam as an output from the system.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The diagram illustrates step by step process on how energy is produced from coal.
At the beginning coals are gather into a furnace which attached to oxygen supplies. The process inside the furnance will bring raw symgas as the outcomes and continue with removal process. Others subsctance will dispatch as slag. After removal of CO2, mercury and sulphur, the purified symgas transfer into a gas turbine.
In the next process, there are two options, first, the purrified symgas directly process in a gas turbine to produced energy for generator and distribute the electricity. The other one, called hot exhaust hases, goes to heat recovery steam generator. While the steam from generator flows to steam turbine to generate the generator and distribute the electricity, the flue gases discharge to the air.
The first process more straight forward from gas turbine to generator and less recidues release to the environment compare to the second step that use steam turbine.
