The diagram illustrates information about the process of making cheese.
Overall, it can be seen that this is a biochemical process includes 5 stages and takes about 1 day to finish. Beginning with some raw ingredients being mixed and ending with being cooled to make soft cheeses.
Firstly, the process commences when they mix the milk with water to make the batter. After that, this mixture was cooled at 5 degrees Celsius for around 2 hours. They whipped the mixture evenly during this time. Next, salt is put inside by the producer and then warmed to 37 degrees Celsius while stirred.
In the next stage, about 8 hours later, the mixture is transferred to an evaporator after being heated up to 100 degrees. Finally, they cooled the mixture in the machine, where it was kept at 5 degrees for 8 hours and frozen to be a soft cheese. At this period, waste water was removed through the water filter.
