The diagram demonstrates the process of producing soft cheese.
In general, soft cheese is made with five main steps and takes about one day to accomplish. It begins with raw ingredients, and cooling is the final step that finishes the product.
Firstly, water and milk are put into the soft cheese machine to make the mixing. After that, it is transferred to the next step which keeps this mixing at five degrees Celsius, and the mixture is stable for more than an hour. In the third step, they make the combination to be fermentation in six hours, it is mixed continuously during the period and keeps the warm under forty degrees Celsius.
Then comes to the pre-finish step, and this stage soft cheese is started heating to create evaporation by temporary which is up to one hundred degrees Celsius. During this period, the filter is set up above to release the steam out of the machine. Finally, the mixture will be transferred to the biggest container, which is kept at five degrees for eight hours and frozen to be soft cheese. At this time, waste water is removed through the water filter.
