The given process depicts several steps of how to make soft cheese
Overall, there are a total of 5 steps of making soft cheese. The first step is mixing water and milk and the final step is cooling the soft cheese.
In the first step, water and milk are transferred into a machine in order to mix them into one mixture. The mixture of milk and water is cooled down to 5 degrees Celsius in a cooling machine for 2 hours. Then, salt is added to this cooled mixture in order to increase its thickness before being fermented by heating at 37 degrees Celsius for 6 hours.
In the fourth stage of the process, the fermented mixture is heated again for 8 hours and the vapors of the heating process will be released. After having been heated for 8 hours, the mixture is filtered to remove wastewater while the soft cheese is poured to a cooling machine and cooled at 5 degrees Celsius for 8 hours.
