The process of making soft cheese starts with mixing water and milk with mixer, then the mixture is cooled for 2 hours at 5⁰C. After being cooled, the mixture then passes through turbine which adds salt to liquid.
Before being evaporated at 100⁰C for 8 hours with heat, the liquid is fermentated with the mixer at 37⁰C for 6 hours. After that, the liquid experiences filter which filters waste water from the mixture. Then, the filtered liquid goes to cooling at 5⁰C for 8 hours.
