The process diagram shows the whole manufacturing process on how sugar is extracted from sugar canes.
Overall, there are 7 overall steps. The start process from growing the sugar canes then drying and cooling the sugar particles in the end.
The first step would be to grow some sugar canes which can take around 12-18 months so around a year. Then once it is fully grown, it is then harvested which is done in 2 ways. The first one is by labor by letting the working chop down or by using machines like big vehicles. Then by using a crushing machine, the juice from the sugar canes are extracted.
The fourth step would be to purify the juice in addition a limestone filter is used in the process. Then the juices are put into a large evaporator machine. During this step the juice becomes into a syrup. Then by doing a method called centrifuge which uses a tub. This seperates the sugar crystals from the syrup. Lastly, the sugar crystals are placed into a large container so that it could dry and cool down.
