The chart illustrates the process of leather goods production. Overall, there are three main stage in this process, including material transportation to the manufactory, material prepare and processing,and the production of consumer goods.
In the first stage of process, the skin of different animals is dried ourdoor. After that, there are stransported by strucks to a skin treatment plant wher they undergo further processing.
At the factory, the first step washed thoroughly to remove any impurities in this skin animals. In the following step, it is put on a sink of lime the purpose of soaking. Subsequent to that, the skin is flattened using a special machine. After flattening, flattened animals skin is placed in another sink to soak in a tunnin solution where consists of water and vegetable matter.The process continues with soaked skin being polished by the use of another special machine. Finally, once these step is completed, it is delivered to a other factory to be munufactured into leather goods such as bags and shoes.
