Overall, it is readily apparent that the area has undergone several modifications. The most striking feature is the development of transport infrastructure when more facilities were introduced. It is also noteworthy that this area witnessed a significant change in the residential side.
In the past, this was almost an uninhabited area with a lot of unused land and there were only a few houses. The citizens in the town had to use a ferry to cross the river. However, nowadays, the transport infrastructure has been upgraded. To be more specific, a new road bridge has been erected across the river, together with the construction of a new footbridge to make traveling easier. Moreover, three car parks have been added in the Northeast, Northwest and the South of the town.
Another change is in the residential side. To illustrate, apart from the existing houses, several apartments have been built in the North. Along the side to the East, the unused land has been occupied with a range of houses.
In summary, since 1965, this area has developed from a quiet village to become a much busier town with more inhabitants and heavier traffic system.
