The flowchart depicts the pear production in a multistage process.
There are many stages through which canned fruit production is being executed. Firstly, the fruits are being handpicked and then transferred for washing through various means of transportation. A quality check is performed to segregate the best fruits.
In the next round, pears are stored in cold storage, then weighing of the product is done. After the grading is completed, the peeling of pears is done along with the process of coring/slicing to deseed them is done.
Finally, the slices of pears are canned and then sealed followed by the step of sterilizing process as well as cooking. Each container of pears is then labeled with the necessary instructions, followed by the process of storing them in their respective places. At last, these cans are dispatched from the industry.
In brief, the pears are handpicked from the farm and then after the quality check, cold storing and slicing is done. Sliced pears are then packed in the cans, which are then sealed and ready for being used in cooking and sterilizing purpose. At last, these sealed packs are dispatched from factory to consumers.
