The process illustrates the end-to-end production of canned pears, from harvesting to dispatch. Overall, there will be a total of 14 stages before the products come into consumers’ hands.
To begin, the workers will harvest the crop and then transport the fruit to the factory, where the pears will be washed and ready for the sorting stage. During this, the peers will be evaluated based on their quality, and only those who are applying to the standards can be stored in the freezer room.
Then, it comes to the production phase, processing the fruit into a canned product. At the early stage, an additional scoring stage is implemented before the peeling process. Then, it will be sliced and separated into cans. Afterward, it will be sealed, waiting to be sterilized, which is the final stage of fruit processing. Having finished the stage, the fruit is packed for labeling and then comes to the warehouses, waiting to be distributed.
