The diagram presents a planned layout of a trade show floor between 2009 and 2010. Overall, the area underwent substantial development, with replacements added, relocations of some places, and a few additions of facilities.
In 2009, the refreshment area was placed on the north, in between the main and side entrances. The conference hall is immediately spotted along its left, and a meeting room just after it. On the right side of the floor plan, it is occupied by a registration section and an exhibition area. When exiting on the same section, a wide balcony can be seen, extending the rightside border.
Since that time, the floor layout has undergone significant changes. Guests are now immediately greeted by a registration area located on the north side, as it has swapped locations with the refreshments zone, which is now on the east. Both the conference hall and the exhibition have swapped places, highlighting the expansion of space and relevance of a presentation sector, with an increase of display stands too. On the other hand, the conference hall decreased in size. Furthermore, the balcony on the very east now includes a lounge area, where it provides a better leisure space for guests.
